Paradise St
Paradise Street is a sustainable, five-storey workspace in London designed to meet strict WELL Building standards through a fully custom, UK-manufactured lighting solution. Whitecroft Lighting delivered a bespoke scheme featuring unique suspended tubes, adaptive globes, and linear fittings integrated with Organic Response technology to ensure energy efficiency, low embodied carbon, and exceptional occupant wellbeing.

The Featherstone Building-
The Featherstone Building in London is a net-zero carbon workspace that achieved BREEAM Outstanding status through a collaboration between Whitecroft Lighting and lighting designers Pritchard Themis. Whitecroft developed 1,300 bespoke, modular linear lighting units that are fully upgradeable, enhancing the building's industrial aesthetic while supporting its sustainability goals by minimising waste and carbon footprint.

Manchester Airport-
The Manchester Airport Transformation Project, specifically the Terminal 2 extension, is a £1 billion redevelopment aimed at doubling the terminal's size by 2020. Whitecroft Lighting provided a comprehensive lighting solution involving over 26,000 luminaires, including bespoke designs like hexagonal features and shallow Mirage Surface downlighters to match the building's unique aesthetics.

Manchester Town Hall
The restoration of Manchester Town Hall focused on a circular economy retrofit to support the city's 2038 carbon-neutral goal. Whitecroft Lighting upgraded the existing system by fitting 2,350 modular LED gear trays into the original Raft luminaires, reducing waste by 70% and energy consumption by 44% (saving approximately 38 tonnes of CO2 annually).
