After initial discussions and proposals with the architect for the scheme Bailey Streetscene were specified to design, manufacture, supply and install the cycle storage unit required.

The shelter had to be both durable and aesthetically pleasing to stand up to the rigors of the extreme weather which can occur in this part of the country. It was also essential that products fit in with the rest of landscaping on the site. Bailey overcame a number of installation issues including uneven foundations and extreme weather conditions. The shelter has since been replicated in various forms for other phases of the project.
