Cyclepods have made the decision to stop selling certain styles of cycle racks that they feel do not provide cyclists with the levels of security and quality they deserve in their cycle storage.

Known to many cyclists as ‘wheelbenders’, cycle racks which only hold the front or rear wheel of bikes will no longer be available to buy through Cyclepods. These types of racks often only allow for the wheel to be locked, creating this sort of situation;



Where all a thief has to do is use the quick release and they walk away with the rest of the bike. Leaving the cyclist with this;



Whilst some still buy these products, purely due to their low cost, Cyclepods will no no longer offer them as part of their range.
