All of the electrical work and subsequent service/maintenance is carried out by Dalesauna's own 18th edition qualified electricians whom are sauna experts. Dalesauna's fully qualified engineers are on hand to service and maintain the company's equipment throughout it's lifetime. Also available is a comprehensive range of sauna and steam room essences, pool chemicals, cleaning materials and spare parts.

Dalesauna have an in-house design service, which can assist in creating a unique look for a particular heat experience or even a whole spa. The design facility allows for the production of detailed drawings complete with a list of the full range of services required to suit the clients induvial needs. Designs can be interchanged with a clients architect or builder via e-mail ensuring smooth running of a project. Designer Lynn Russell Hanson (BSc Hon) can assist in selecting the appropriate tiles and finishes to ensure that the elusive "wow factor" is achieved.
