DeltaChill FreeCool Chiller Award RAC Air Conditioning Product Innovation of the Year 2012

At a glittering industry event on Wednesday 26 September 2012 at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London, over 600 people from all sectors of the industry saw Airedale International Air Conditioning Ltd’s DeltaChill FreeCool chiller crowned as Air Conditioning Product/Innovation of the Year in the RAC Cooling Industry Awards 2012.

A compact, highly energy efficient R410A chiller that offers up to 95% free-cooling over a year, with an ESEER up to 4.8; the DeltaChill FreeCool beat stiff competition from the other nominees in the category to win the award. Other nominees included Article Circle, Daikin Europe, Flakt Woods, Hydratech, Reflok UK & FSW, Panasonic Heating and Cooling and Toshiba.

Says Clive Parkman, Airedale International Air Conditioning managing director: “This Award endorses our vision through a committed approach to innovative design and development. It is a fantastic accolade for Airedale and a strong statement of this product’s capability. We have shown the industry that innovation to suit the customer whilst satisfying environmental needs are what we do best. It is testimony to our expertise in applying the latest technology by putting efficiency and reduced carbon emission at the core of everything we do”.

Airedale was represented at the event by Clive Parkman, Mark Viner (commercial director), Paul Oliver (sales director), Stuart Kay (southern sales manager) and Mike Giles (northern sales manager). They were joined by invited guests Jim Colbron, AireSales; Brian Paterson, Lateral Technology; Simon Douglas, John Lewis Partnership and Todd Harrison and John Creahan of Optimum.
