Contractor: Home Group South
Type of works: Royal Crest® specified for refurbishment of 54 previously rendered properties

Residentiel Vinyl Cladding’s Royal Crest® cladding when refurbishing 54 previously rendered properties in Bognor Regis. Contractors Home Group South were prompted to specify Royal Crest® by a 50 year guarantee, which includes the colour plus the ease of fitting, and the economical price.

No expensive removal of the old render was necessary and because Royal Crest® has a unique moisture removal system, it can be fitted in any weather. Also, its profile allows air to circulate, which acts as an additional insulation and also avoids any moisture retention.

Vinyl is an extremely durable material and is also classed as a self extinguishing product. It will only shrink away with a continuous flame source applied to it. It is very light (only 2.5kg per square metre) and is available in a variety of colours.

Whilst the current trend by some manufacturers is to claim that they are 'new generation products' because they no longer use lead in the formulation, Royal products have always been lead free.

Residentiel also offer other Royal products such as simple slide-together vinyl sections for house building, acoustic road and rail barriers, guttering and fencing.
