Donseed biometric time and attendance has been used at the Tollgate Gardens renewal in Westminster, London.
Built in the 1960s, the estate was in need of redevelopment and identified in the council’s Housing Renewal Strategy as one of the 5 priority renewal areas.
As part of the development, Tollgate Gardens will be transformed with the creation of a series of street side terraces set around a new communal garden space.
The new terraces will accommodate 195 new homes, with 53 refurbished homes in the retained Tollgate House.
