Hayes and Harlington Station is benefitting from major improvements as part of the plans to introduce the Elizabeth line and Donseed biometric time and attendance tablets are being used at the development to ensure accurate time and attendance is recorded on site.
Kev Dendy, Marketing and Strategy Director at Donseed, says: “Knowing exactly who is on site and when is not only a requirement for health and safety but it also ensures you are only paying for workers when they are actually there.
Paper time sheets are notoriously inaccurate, easy to forge and are a huge administrative burden. By using fingerprints to sign in, records are accurate, wages can be calculated automatically and health and safety reports can be accessed in real time.”
