Aliva UK is thrilled to celebrate a double win at the 2025 INCA Awards with its AlivaBrick system on Avon Point in Bristol, a showcase in the art of the possible in brick slips.


The stunning architectural aesthetics and sustainability benefits of our Kiwa UK certified, A1 system brought home a pair of trophies in the:

• New Build: Brick or Brick Effect Finish category.
• Judges Choice: Architectural Design High Rise category.

Avon Point is a showcase in the scale and versatility of our AlivaBrick system on this Purpose Built Student Accommodation for Unite Students.

It has created grand, sweeping brick slip archways crowned with soldier bonds, alongside a mix of intricate laddering details with a shadow effect created from black slips, complemented by recesses, step outs and projecting banding.

Avon Point features 7,000sqm of AlivaBrick in red multi and black, realising the award-winning design intent of architect Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson.

We’ve worked in partnership on this signature project with main contractor RG Group and installer PIC Construction Group, who we were delighted to see receive the Installer of the Year trophy in the INCA awards too.
