IKO Polymeric has supplied its durable waterproofing solution Armourplan SM single ply membrane for the BREEAM rated excellent Coety Primary School in Bridgend.

This is a two form entry school ith 420 primary places and 30 nursery places procured under the SEWSCAP Framework. Located on a sloping site in the heart of a new community, the school has a ‘plaza ’entrance embracing its environmental philosophies.

The building has an indicative “excellent” BREEAM rating, making it potentially one of the most environmentally-friendly schools in the county, if not the whole of Wales. IKO Polymeric's Armourplan SM has contributed significantly to this.
