DW Windsor are extremely pleased to announce this month that they have added to their impressive accreditation portfolio (DW Windsor have been ISO 9001 registered since May 2000), with the formal approval and certification of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).
Managing Director Terry Dean commented: "As a UK manufacturer who continually strives to exceed our customers exacting carbon reduction commitments, the ISO 14001 accreditation for our Environmental Management System (EMS) is a particularly important milestone. The hat-trick of accreditations is significant because they give customers, suppliers and employees a benchmark assurance that our operational standards and business processes are among the best in the industry."
Reducing their environmental impact is an ongoing process for DW Windsor and does not stop now they have achieved ISO 14001. The compay has a dedicated team who are continually looking towards their next set of performance improvements including the yearly reduction of their landfill waste by 10 tonnes.
DW Windsor is among the first within the industry to receive all three accreditations.
