Easyflow has supplied and installed the underfloor heating and liquid floor screeds over three floors for a six bed property in Prestwich.

The Easy Standard system was employed for the ground and first floors with a 75mm covering of Topflow Horizontal cement based liquid screed, used as the building wasn’t completely weather tight.

Easy Overlay system was used on the third floor in order to keep the floor make up as low as possible due to restricted ceiling height.
