This single storey lower school for Edge Grove School was built by T&B Contractors in conjunction with Lyons + Sleeman + Hoare design. The scheme comprised of six new classrooms, headmasters room, intervention rooms and a Main Activity Room.

Lyons + Sleeman + Hoare specified Acoustic Products' Laudescher Linea (aw 0.85, Absorption Class B, NRC 0.90) 2.4.3 system which was selected as a solution to the external cladding. The Linea 2.4.3 system will not only work as an absorbing surface but also works at diffusing the sound. Along with the great acoustic properties the Linea range also adds to the natural aesthetics.
