EFP fabricated and installed a 2mm powder coated soffit profile to the external elevations of penthouse apartments at Beaufort Park.

The soffits were fixed directly into a 2mm framework fixed to the main steel structure. Throughout the lower levels EFP installed powder coated copings to perimeter elevations and also vertical profiles within the brise soleil.
