Elite Systems GB erect drug and alcohol unit for Westminster Council.

With space and land being a premium in central London, Westminster Council hatched an idea to utilise the areas in the rear gardens of some Georgian terrace houses on Harrow Road.

Not only was the site exceptionally tight, it was also land locked by adjacent properties.

Elite systems were able to design a building to fit the space whilst also leaving room for fire routes from the new and existing buildings.

The project was completed on time and within budget despite site restrictions and planning restrictions.
