All areas of the business came together for Geberit’s MERIT Awards to recognise and celebrate.

Resembling the Oscars, this ceremony included a four-month nomination period resulting in over 160 nominations. The awards are based on the company’s values: Modesty, Enthusiasm, Renew Ourselves, Integrity, and Teamwork (MERIT).

Those recognised at the first annual MERIT Awards were:

The Unsung Hero Award (Modesty): Laura Byrne
The Excellence in Service Delivery Award (Enthusiasm): Purdie Proudman
The Dedication to Professional Development Award (Renew Ourselves): Graham Aird
The Geberit Spirit Award (Integrity): Lucas Vogan
The Geberit Team of the Year Award (Teamwork): Retail Sales Team

And the winner of the ‘Executive Team Award for Outstanding Individual Contribution’ was Paulette Mansell.
