DW Windsor’s innovative Kirium range of high-performance road lighting lanterns has been further enhanced with the introduction of the latest generation of Luxeon LED light sources.

The company believes it is the first UK manufacturer to utilise the Luxeon TX light source, which offers an increased lumen output of 3-7% as well as superior efficacy.

From its inception the Kirium design included the ability to easily upgrade to newer light sources as they became available. Consequently, the Kirium range will continue to evolve in line with advances in LED light source technology.

The IP66-rated Kirium is an attractively proportioned LED road lantern with excellent energy efficiency (up to 118 lm/W – Kirium 1: 350mA) and exceptional thermal management to ensure a long life for the LED light sources. It is available with a choice of 1, 2 or 3 LED module options, enabling the Kirium to cater for P, C and M lighting classes. For even greater flexibility it also has the ability to tailor the drive current to suit the application.
