After a 4 year Construction programme, the new South West Acute Hospital finally opened its doors to patients this June (2012.) 
The £270 million facility, built by FCCElliot and funded by Interserve Capital Projects will provide 312 patient beds and is the first facility of its kind in Northern Ireland to have single ensuite rooms for every patient.
