What is an EPD?

• Think of an EPD as a certified “nutrition label” for a product’s environmental impact. It’s an independently verified and registered document that provides transparent, objective data about the entire life cycle of a product, from raw material extraction to manufacturing.
• Crucially, because our EPDs are third-party verified and published on the international EPD Hub, you can be confident that the data is accurate, credible and directly comparable across the industry, which is a vital safeguard against unaudited or misleading “green” claims.

AliDeck’s Results: Verified Low-Carbon Performance:

• The most important metric for comparing products is the normalised Global Warming Potential (GWP), which measures the embodied carbon per kilogram of material. Our UK-based manufacturing and extrusion processes have resulted in market-leading performance.
• As you can see, our core products demonstrate a significantly lower carbon footprint, which is approximately 15% better than the industry average.

100% Recyclable, High-Recycled Content:

• All of our aluminium products are 100% recyclable. We currently manufacture using 67% recycled material and are on a mission to increase this, ensuring our products are a key part of the circular economy.

Eco-Friendly UK Manufacturing:

• As a proud Made in Britain member, we manufacture entirely in the UK. Our in-house, Qualicoat accredited powder coating facility uses advanced recycling and recovery systems to minimise waste and emissions, while our logistics are optimised to reduce our carbon footprint.
