Sauna360 was proud to be commissioned, once again, by Everlast Gyms+ to launch another premium Recovery Zone in their new 28,000 sq ft flagship location at Manchester Trafford Palazzo.

Sauna360 designed and installed 2 saunas, side by side, finished in thermo aspen with underbench heaters whilst offering two very different thermal experiences.

Finnish Sauna

The Finnish Sauna features a stunning, back lit salt wall and full glass fascia. It is designed to operate at between 85-100 degrees Celsius offering a true, traditional hot sauna with low humidity.

Herbal Sauna

The Herbal Sauna adjoins the Finnish sauna and is crafted in Thermo Aspen throughout with a full glass front. It operates at around 70-80 degrees celcius with humidity of about 40-50%. The humidity is increased by an automatic dosing system allowing water to be automatically poured on to the hot stones, of the hidden heater, at timed intervals. Essential oils are infused into the water so gym members can have a multi-sensory experience, enhanced by the inhalation of essences during their sauna session.

Both saunas are complemented by the selection of Brass Monkey ice baths on offer. This allows users to engage in full contrast therapy and enjoy the health benefits of combining hot and cold exposure.
