ASSA Abloy Entrance Systems has today been rebranded as FAAC Entrance Solutions. This follows the completion of a 100 million euro acquisition, by the Italian multinational FAAC Group, earlier this year.
As part of the EU Commission approved purchase, FAAC Entrance Solutions UK Limited will be the sole supplier of all ASSA ABLOY branded automatic pedestrian door products in the United Kingdom.
This includes ASSA ABLOY branded swing, slide and revolving door systems and operators.
Their has been no change to any operations within the company including management, staffing, services or product offerings. The legal entities registration number also remains unchanged.
The new identity roll out begins on the 30th of November and will be completed in 2021.
