The grand sweeping archways, laddering and intricate detailing realised through our AlivaBrick system on Avon Point has been recognised by more awards judges.

Fresh from scooping two prestigious gold EWI industry awards from INCA, the facade on this Purpose Built Student Accommodation for Unite Students has received a Facade Awards UK Highly Commended in the brick effect category at this year’s RCI Magazine awards.

• Avon Point represents a Bristol masterclass in brick slip archways, soldier bonds, laddering details with a shadow effect created from black slips, complemented by recesses, step outs and projecting banding.

• This recognition continues to acknowledge the art-of-the possible using Aliva UK’s brick slip system, the stunning architectural aesthetics that can be created alongside the sustainability benefits of our A1 rated, Kiwa UK certified system.

Avon Point includes 7,000sqm of AlivaBrick in red multi and black, realising the award-winning design intent of architect Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson. Aliva has also worked in partnership on this signature project with main contractor RG Group and installer PIC Construction Group.
