Amtico has provided its luxury signature flooring tile for the North Bar housed in the world famous Royal Albert Hall. Residing on the third floor,this light, open and spacious venue offers stunning views over the Albert Memorial – a backdrop which also provided the inspiration for the new Amtico flooring design.

The renovation of the 100m2 floor area needed to make a big impact and create an eye-catching feature to the room. Consequently, a bespoke pattern was designed for the bar, which was laid over the top of the original flooring to protect it from damage.

Bold and creative, the bespoke flooring pattern used in the North Bar was tailored to the project’s individual requirements and the clever referencing of the room’s views of the Albert Memorial. To fulfill the requirements, the in house creative team at Amtico provided advice on product choice, laying patterns and finishes, while CAD experts worked with the project’s designers to perfect the design ready for manufacture.
