Back in May, FloPlast's Annual Employee Awards ceremony was held in Nottingham, celebrating the outstanding contributions of their employees, especially those who have gone above and beyond in their roles.

There were pleased to share that Katarzyna Tyras from FloPlast, one of the exceptional shortlisted nominees, won the RISING STAR award. Here is her winning nomination:

"Kasia began her journey with us years ago, working in our warehouse through an agency. From the start, she demonstrated a positive and enthusiastic approach, always eager to listen and offer constructive feedback in her role. It was clear early on that she was driven, organized, and adaptable to any scenario. She consistently met tight deadlines and was always at the forefront during busy periods, ready to step up when large orders came in."
