Kwik-Klik installed a 75 metre run of foodsafe Freestanding PVC indoor hoarding at Taylors of Harrogate, makers of the famous Yorkshire Tea and other premium hot beverages.

A white Monoflex dust sheet was installed above the 2.4m high PVC hoarding to prevent the escape of dust from the worksite and maintain strict hygiene standards in the manufacturing area. The foodsafe PVC panel system is maintenance-free and easy to clean.

As the name implies, the Kwik-Klik Freestanding hoarding system is self-supporting and requires no drilling into the floor. It is an ideal temporary solution because it is robust in use and the modular components make it easy to install and de-mount with minimal disturbance to the surfaces around it.

The hoarding is designed with sustainability in mind. The re-usable and re-locatable Freestanding white PVC panels are made from 85% recycled PVC and the 15kg weights placed on the rear supports are made from 100% recycled post-consumer waste plastic.

The hoarding generates Zero Waste to Landfill sites and all PVC panel off-cuts can be 100% recycled. On major projects this can help to boost the BREEAM ratings achieved by the principal contractor.

The 75 linear metre hoarding run includes two digi-lock double personnel doors which allow secure access to the worksite for the trades involved in the facility upgrade.

The installation took 4 days to install and was scheduled to be in place for the duration of a 12-week facility upgrade project.
