ForceDry installed their temporary boilers for a new development at Gasholder, London.

Due to marketplace conditions the floor coverings at the development were required much earlier in the build programme than usual. This was to enable kitchens and bathrooms to be fitted.

Anhydrite floor screeds were installed throughout and developers needed them to dry fast, despite the site having no mains power and no available district heating.

ForceDry were brought in to install their temporary boilers and dry out the floor screeds to allow the floor coverings to be installed within 21 days.

In the end, programme deadlines were met with all follow-on trades able to hit installation deadlines too.

The client also chose to extend the boiler hire rather than hire space heaters for the duration of the development.
