Composition and manufacture
IPS Evolve integrated plumbing system is delivered pre-plumbed, with sanitaryware sealed to panels or fitted into vanity units. Taps, wastes, cisterns, supply and waste pipework is factory fitted before delivery; panels are manufactured from a choice of three performance boards.
Site frame: extruded aluminium base and headrails; rolled-metal wall channels.
Sub-frame: rolled, galvanised-steel section with bracing board in 17mm moisture resistant chipboard.
Sub-frame: installed within an aluminium site frame by click-fix nylon location brackets. Back panels fixed to steel section by bright zinc plate (BZP)
mild-steel joggle clips.
Washbasin: fixed to panel and sealed with White silicone sealant.
Concealed services in copper pipe finish behind the bottom or top access panel. Waste pipe from the trap terminates with multi-fit outlet.
Vanity units: a choice of performance boards. Supplied with vanity basin.
WCs: fixed to the panel and sealed with White silicone sealant.
Cisterns assembled, tested and fixed to unit with overflow and supply terminating at the cistern.
Urinals: fixed to the panel and sealed with White silicone sealant.
Auto-cistern, petcock, flush pipe and trap also factory fitted.
Waste pipe terminates with a multi-fit outlet.
WC cubicles: Armitage Venesta has an extensive range of complementary cubicles.

Performance
IPS Evolve is available in three performance options:
Melamine-faced, with 19mm high-performance, 730kg/m3 grade, moisture-resistant chipboard.
High-pressure laminate produced with 17mm, V313 moisture-resistant, 680kg/m3 grade chipboard.
Panels faced both sides with high-pressure laminate to an overall thickness of 19mm.
Solid-grade laminate incorporates 13mm thick panels, resistant to impact and impervious to water.

IPS Evolve is delivered direct to site.
