Composition and manufacture
Blade-Runner is manufactured using up to 100% recycled granulate or crumb rubber, EPDM granulate and PUR binder. The processes exceed the most stringent of environmental standards, but also produce floorings that are very hardwearing.
Size and weight
Roll size: 10,000 x 1,250mm, thickness 6, 8, 10 and 12mm.
Tiles size: 570 x 570mm, thickness 6, 8 and 10mm.
Weight: 6.5 to 13kg/m2.
Appearance
Blade-Runner is a rubber flooring product, available in a choice of 11 standard and classic colours, and a range of 25 coloured granulates in three different sizes: large, medium and fine.
The coarse granulate must not make more than 20% in total quantity of raw material required for a particular formulation. Every formulation includes a minimum of 5% Black granulate.
Sitework
Installation guidelines are available for all of Jaymart’s ranges of flooring and matting that require fixing. The company supplies adhesive suitable for bonding flooring in most applications. Jaymart’s Technical Department is available to offer help and advice on installation where necessary. Consult manufacturer for further details.
Cleaning and maintenance
Regular cleaning and care of all rubber floorings is important to retain the appearance and prolong the performance of the material.
