Composition and manufacture
Flex-Tuft™ is manufactured from recycled nylon on rubber bus- and truck-tyre lining, reinforced by a tough nylon scrim and bonded to a vulcanised rubber backing.
Interlay is manufactured from PVC-waste products from other industrial productions.

Flex-Tuft™ tile thickness: 10mm.
Tile size: 304 x 304mm. Tile weight: 0.95kg.
Interlay tile thickness: 4 to 7.5mm.
Tile size: 457 x 457mm, 502 x 502mm, 515 x 515mm.
Bevelled edges available.
Appearance
Flex-Tuft™ is available in a choice of four colours.
Interlay tiles are available in round studded, leathergrain, slate effect and diamond texture surface finishes. Interlay Connect Floor slate-effect tiles have an invisible joint system.
Colours include Black, Mid Grey, Dark Grey, Royal Blue, Dark Green, Bright Red, Dark Red, Beige, White, Bright Yellow, Dark Blue, Cream, Putty, Bright Green, Bright Orange and Metallic Silver. Clear and coloured translucent versions are also available.
Cleaning and maintenance
Interior installations of Flex-Tuft™ should be regularly swept or vacuumed, and spot cleaned when necessary.
Exterior installations can be hosed down and left to dry. Interlay requires little maintenance and is able to withstand most chemical cleaning agents.
