Composition and manufacture

The Midilift SL incorporates a platform that moves within its own structure-supported enclosure and external and multi-stop versions are also available.

The Midilift DL provides vertical travel by means of a platform which moves within a structure-supported enclosure. It differs from the Midilift SL in that the platform is partially enclosed by incorporating cabin walls and a ceiling, meaning the Midilift DL is better suited to higher travels.

All Stannah Midilifts are built to comply with all essential safety requirements of the Machinery Directive 98/37/EC, ISO 9386-1:2000 (covering power-operated lifting platforms for persons with impaired mobility) and come with every safety feature expected from a Stannah product.

Size and weight

The Midilift SL allows up to 5m travel.

The Midilift DL allows up to 9m travel.

Both products are also available in three platform sizes: 900 x 1,250mm; 900 x 1,400mm; 1,100 x 1,400mm.

Appearance

A range of finishes and colours are available.

Performance

The Midilift SL approximate speed of travel is 0.08m/s. Midilift DL’s estimated travel speed is slightly higher at 0.15m/s.

Both Midilift drive systems are single-speed hydraulic.

Strength

The standard load for Midilift SL is 400kg and for Midilift DL is 350kg.
