This year's Glasstec has proven to be an unbridled success. For the first time in many years Guardian held a full stand at the event in a prime location at the centre of Hall 10. Early reports have indicated that the Guardian stand received some of the higher foot fall over the exhibition, which was clear to anyone passing the stand, as the crowds of people gathered in and around our exhibit on each day of the exhibition.

The innovation area of the stand generated a lot of interest, with products like Guardian’s new SunGuard PVGU (Photovoltaic glass units), SunGuard EC (Electro chromic glass), and our VIG (Vacuum Insulated Glass), were viewed and discussed by all visiting us.

Glasstec proved to be a perfect exhibition for Guardian as an international business, with so many customers from around the world meeting at the stand and for some customers: the opportunity to continue their discussions on at our biannual Glasstec dinner which took place at the Swiss Hotel. With over a thousand guests invited, this years Glasstec has been a real success.
