Celuform supplied fascia and soffit boards to a new-build apartment block in Cardiff. The products were required by building company Jehu Construction to match grey windows in the project.

Celuform offered a free estimating and scheduling service, and was able to deliver the anthracite grey products, together with fixtures and fittings, within days to the housing association project in the Victoria Park area of Cardiff.

It was a fast turnaround for what was a brand new product for the manufacturer.

Celuform sales and marketing director Simon Reynolds said: “This was an important project for Jehu, and we understand it is vital for our customers to be able to source the products they need as quickly as possible. The apartment block, a development for Cadwyn Housing Association, is now nearing completion without the costly delays involved in sourcing difficult to find or unusual products.

Mr Thomas explained that as a company Jehu Project Services has found that having trusted suppliers for certain products has driven time and cost efficiencies in the business.

“Rather than gather quotes for products for every project we stick with one supplier to save valuable time. It means that when we work up a proposal in a tendering process, we are aware of the likely costs, it also means that our invoicing department are more aware of likely charges when the bills come in.”
