Complex detailing where flat roofs meet walls or parapets, can present major challenges for contractors. As part of Harmer’s well-established Detail Range from Alumasc, Two-Way Roof Outlets provide a high-performance solution, for effective rainwater discharge and long-term protection of the building façade.

Designed for use with flat roof structures of cast concrete, timber, or lightweight metal deck construction, Harmer Two-Way Outlets integrate effectively with all continuous waterproofing systems.

Harmer Two-Way Roof Outlets are compatible with all standard pipe sizes. They are available in mini, regular, and large configurations, with the option of an aluminium ADPA Threaded Spigot Adaptor to enable a gas-tight connection within concrete slabs, eliminating the need for steel gas tubes. The adaptors are manufactured from precision-cast aluminium silicon alloy, facilitating an A1 fire-rated connection to all types of pipe systems; it will not combust or contribute to the spread of fire. An extended spigot option is also available to accommodate any bespoke application.

Harmer Outlets are manufactured to BS EN 1559:1997, and are BBA approved powder coated for additional protection offering a service life of up to 40 years in rural or suburban environments. The grate is finished in blue, and the clamping collar in yellow, for clear identification. They are easy to install, providing contractors with a drainage solution to withstand the challenges of roof-to-parapet interfaces, with the additional assurance of Alumasc’s nationwide network of technical experts.
