Heated ramp system for hotel and residential building project in Bournemouth.
The developer was looking for 4 tracks on this ramp to have 2 ice and snow free lanes for the traffic to and from this large parking area.

Technical info:
HDS supplied and installed 8 x 4455W heated driveway cables to heat 4 x tracks on this 30m long ramp down to an underground parking area.

The cables were fitted to the concrete re-enforcement bars before being covered with concrete.

The system is controlled by a HDS fully automatic ice and snow melting control, using 2 ground moisture sensors and one air temperature sensor.
