North London ice and snow melting system
The owner of this residential property in North London wanted an ice and snow melting system to keep 2 parking bays, the main walkway, steps and porch area to the front entrance and the sidewalk with steps down to a side entrance ice and snow free in all weathers.

Technical info:
HDS designed and installed a system with 8 heated driveway cables on a 115sqm area, to make sure the residents always have ice and snow free access to their parking areas, as well as the side steps and walkways to the house.

The system is controlled by a HDS fully automatic ice and snow melting control using 2 ground moisture sensors and one air temperature sensor.
