Hillrom’s overhead hoist portfolio is made up of Likorall, LikoGuard and Multirall motors that complete systems that lift to 200kg through to 363kg with single motor system solution of up to 500kg with an overhead system that is designed with the use of twin motor solution.
Installation of these type of systems is easy and indeed successful in many building types. Hillrom offers a range of fixation methods, from ceiling pendants, walls brackets and slim line upright supports.
Hillrom’s room to room solution is a method shared with architects, when overhead systems are required in multiple rooms within the same location. The design and technology prevents the need for doorway or ceiling height adjustments. This approach gives an aesthetically pleasing result.
Hillrom’s dedicated Safe Patient Handling overhead team are here to support projects from start to completion and have CHAS accreditation. Hillrom will work in partnership to discuss specifications, plan site visits and offer full 2D and 3D CAD drawing support. This is to ensure the overhead system(s) measure correctly and other ceiling equipment can be taken into account such as fire alarms, sprinkler systems and ventilation.
