HSBC Dublin

HSBC Dublin

Client: HSBC
Type of works: supply and installation of 690 sq m of the stretch solution.

Stretch Ceilings UK Ltd has successfully completed an extraordinary installation in HSBC Headquarters, Dublin.

There are many interesting features specific to the newly refurbished 4645 sq m facility, particularly the four bright Red floating triangles in the café area. These unusual yet striking objects truly enhance how spacious the Atrium is, whilst providing acoustic treatment they also provide a hint of Branding giving the impression that they might resemble the world famous HSBC logo.

Stretch Ceilings supplied and installed 690 sq m (150 of which micro perforated) of the stretch solution in four different areas, the meeting room, servery, internet point and the main seating area. The Red lacquer finish was chosen by the Architect for the 3D triangular shaped structures to give an appearance of being manufactured from a high-gloss metal. The micro-perforated material was installed on the underside of the triangular frame suspended over the main seating area and the meeting room structure to help with acoustics in such an open environment.
