A stunning galvanised steel rainwater system from Alumasc Rainwater has been installed on a prestigious new residential development in Horncastle, Lincolnshire.
The development at Adrian Shinn Way, is the latest from local company SJG Homes, designed by the Lincs Design Consultancy (LDC). It comprises twenty-five new four- and five-bedroomed homes, all of which have benefitted from the Infinity galvanised steel rainwater system from Alumasc, and have been complemented with Skyline Architectural Aluminium Copings, also from Alumasc.
Simon Blakey of MKM Building Supplies in Louth, is familiar with the Alumasc Rainwater range, and when considering his client’s requirements, he was confident that Infinity was the perfect solution. Simon says:
‘My customer wanted a product that would blend in with the contemporary style of the development they had planned, whilst also excelling in terms of performance. We were confident in suggesting the Alumasc Infinity galvanised steel system, knowing that it addressed all of their requirements perfectly.’
Infinity: Exceptional Technology and Manufacturing
The Infinity range from Alumasc is manufactured using the latest in material and manufacturing technology, and represents a competitive alternative to uPVC systems. It is available in ZMS coated steel, galvanised, quartz zinc, natural zinc and copper, all of which lend themselves beautifully to traditional and modern buildings in both new build and refurbishment applications. The striking metal finishes present an elegant yet bold aesthetic, to suit any architectural style, and the galvanised steel option is available colour coated for enhanced aesthetics, protection and UV resistance (RUV-4).
Box gutter and half-round gutter profiles are available, with the half-round offering a ‘deep drawn’ design for greater flow rates. All finishes and profiles are installed with circular downpipes. Manufactured to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015, the entire range is lightweight, durable and non-corrodible, resulting in ease of installation and low on-going maintenance.
Infinity is 100% recyclable, and supplied with a warranty of up to 20 years, depending on finish and distance from the sea.
Skyline Copings for the Perfect Finish
Skyline Architectural Aluminium copings perfectly complemented the Alumasc Infinity Rainwater System at Adrian Shinn Way, forming a robust yet stylish roofline across all of the properties in the new development. Skyline is a range of stunning engineered solutions, designed to combine unrivalled protection and aesthetic appeal at the crucial interface between wall and roof. The range comprises Skyline fascia and soffits, copings, window surrounds, column casings, door canopies and planters.
Skyline is 100% recyclable, and bespoke manufacture makes it possible to realise virtually any architectural vision.
