After the successful launch of a comprehensive range of training modules which has seen hundreds of installers gain the know how on Geberits wide range of piping solutions and sanitary systems, the leading manufacturer is delighted to announce the opening of a new training academy in Ireland.
Located in Dublin, this purpose-built Geberit training academy mirrors the facilities available at Geberit's Warwick HQ and enables southern and northern Ireland-based installers to take advantage of free of charge training modules covering the full breadth of Geberits product ranges.
Geberit has long been at the forefront of innovation in terms of piping solutions, with pressfitting systems such as Geberit Mapress and Geberit Mepla really gaining momentum over the last couple of years. Although simple to use, it is important that installers receive the right training in these systems in order to fully realise the many benefits they have to offer in terms of ease of installation, time saving and safety.
The training modules offered at the Ireland Academy are a formalised addition to the companys training programme of RIBA-approved CPD presentations.
The hour-long modules cover the full breadth of Geberits sanitary systems and pipework solutions, with training covering both theory and the practical side of the products and installers given hands-on experience so they can hit the ground running when it comes to fitting the products themselves.
Piping systems training includes choosing the best drainage and supply systems, Geberit Mapress and Geberit Mepla installation, drainage design and siphonic rainwater systems, while training is also available covering all aspects of Geberit sanitary systems, including Geberit Duofix WC frames; concealed cisterns; basin, bath, and shower traps; and Geberit AquaClean.
Certificates can be supplied on request for all training modules and all training is absolutely free, with refreshments provided.
