Introducing: Farrow & Ball Exterior Masonry

Introducing: Farrow & Ball Exterior Masonry

Exterior Masonry is the super-matt, long-lasting finish for exterior walls from Farrow & Ball. Using a blend of acrylic and silicon resins, the brand’s chemists have created the perfect combination of breathability and water resistance, resulting in a formula that offers colour and protection for up to 15 years – all in a sophisticated finish with just 2% sheen.

Provided it has been applied in accordance with its Product Advice Sheet, Exterior Masonry will be resistant to flaking, peeling, colour fade, fungi and algae, and water, giving your client a fresh-looking result that’s made to last.

For a speedy application, Exterior Masonry doesn’t even require a primer. However, if the surface you’re working with has unsound areas, you can patch-prime with Farrow & Ball Masonry & Plaster Stabilising Primer. For specific advice on surfaces including interior concrete floors, render, brickwork, and terracotta, see the Product Advice Sheet.

Exterior Masonry Fact Sheet

The elegant matt finish of Exterior Masonry is available in 108 Farrow & Ball colours, offering an unparalleled range of looks to suit all kinds of properties. Like all Farrow & Ball finishes, it’s made with a water base, resulting in a child-safe finish with low levels of VOCs, hardly any odour, and an A+ rating for indoor air quality.

Please note that Exterior Masonry is unsuitable for use on highly alkaline or very porous surfaces such as lime render or fletton bricks. For any other exceptions, please check the Product Advice Sheet.
