Stone Cladding Systems are very happy with the results of the Iona Street development using our Aztec Rainscreen. The site is situated in the north of Edinburgh next to the Leith Conservation Area. Watkin Jones Group appointed Manson Architects and following planning permission in August 2020 the project was completed in 2023.

The project was a winner in its category in the Scottish Property Awards 2024. Winners 2024 | KD Media (scottishpropertyawards.co.uk) A very sustainable design with Peakmoor natural Stone rainscreen and a sedum roof.
