J & J Carter's customer focus recognised

One of the UK’s leading manufacturers of tensile fabric structures, J & J Carter, have been awarded a Diamond BenchmarQ Award for Customer Satisfaction.

The award is based on the results of a BenchmarQ Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted earlier this year amongst a proportion of J & J Carter’s customer base. The survey is conducted independently and carefully developed to gather honest and accurate feedback from customers. “We have received many awards for our structures since the company formed in 1988, but this is the first Diamond Award for customer satisfaction and we are very pleased and extend our thanks to the valued customers who responded’, commented Director Robert Carter.

The categories related to service and products, staff performance, marketing and overall satisfaction achieved, and the 94% overall rating achieved by J & J Carter is considered ‘exceptional’. This is the best out of the six BenchmarQ awards J & J Carter have achieved, however their high standards of service and quality are reflected in the fact that they have not received less than a Gold level award since they began applying in 2003.

“We work hard to maintain our reputation for quality and service so acknowledgement in black and white is very rewarding, and to receive comments from our customers such as ‘You just can't fault them. I used to use another company whose name I can't even remember, and in the end I just gave up because Carters service is brilliant. Nothing's ever too much trouble for them‘, that sort of praise is very satisfying’, continued Mr Carter.
