Jacksons Fencing solutions for £30M residential project

Over 450 metres of Jacksons fencing was specified for Ashchurch Villas, a £30 million residential project in Hammersmith, West London.

The project included 15 villas and 7 stylish mews houses and required fencing with a contemporary design to provide safety and security to residents as well as automated and manual gates to provide access controls.

In order to match the modern design of the new development, Barbican Imperial® fencing was specified for the site perimeter. The steel fence was chosen for its stylish appearance and unique vandal-proof fence panel to post connectors, providing security for residents without appearing intimidating.

The matching automatic and manual Barbican Imperial gates were also installed throughout the site to provide secure access control to the homes.

In the garden areas timber Hit and Miss fencing was installed, providing a warm and welcoming aesthetic, the Hit and Miss fencing is made up of contemporary slatted pales enhancing both privacy and security and guaranteed against rot and insect attack for 25 years.
