Langley’s new hand applied Cold Polyurea is an advanced, wet on wet, fully reinforced liquid waterproofing system and can be used on flat roofs, balconies and walkways.

As one of the fastest curing systems on the market, the chosen surface can withstand traffic in as little as three hours. And the less time installers spend on site means less disruption to buildings occupants and the client.

For use on roofs, it includes a UV stable sealer coat for both longevity and protection. Whereas when installing on balconies and walkways, the UV stable sealer coat is slip-inhibiting to ensure safety.

The Cold Polyurea system has a Broof(t4) fire rating. This tests for the spread of external fire under the Building Regulations, meaning it is can be used anywhere on a roof. It’s BBA certified and meets NHBC Technical Standards Chapter 7.1 for roofs and balconies.

With a 25+ year life expectancy and guarantees of 20 years, this system really can withstand the test of time.
