Various roofing solutions were specified across multiple roof areas of the hotel, including a living green roof plus one that could withstand the weight and foot traffic from installing and maintaining a solar PV system.

Three roofing systems were specified comprising Reinforced Bituminous Membrane Roofing, Hot-Melt Roofing and Green Roofing.
