Kennelbuild delivered a bespoke design-and-build scheme for Laurel Grange Boarding Kennels in collaboration with a local agricultural contractor.

The client required a 32-dog kennel facility that would complement its rural setting and reflect the character of the surrounding agricultural buildings. Completed in 2023, the first phase successfully established a high-quality boarding facility designed to blend naturally into the landscape.

Following the success of the initial development, Kennelbuild recently completed a second phase, increasing the overall capacity of the kennels by approximately one third.

The project presented a number of unique design and construction challenges due to its bespoke nature. Through careful planning and collaboration, Kennelbuild delivered a distinctive facility that combines practicality with visual appeal and is designed to sit comfortably within its environment as the surrounding landscape continues to mature.
