Aliva UK is marking even more awards news, with a shortlisting for The Fairfax in the London Construction Awards with their combination of A1 fire rated External Wall Insulation systems.

This flagship Build to Rent project for Olympian includes towers of 22 and 28 floors linked by a large glazed central atrium that forms social space for residents.

This two tower project has caught the judges’ eyes in the Residential Project of the Year: multiple dwellings category.

The Fairfax features 11,000sqm of two of our Kiwa UK certified ETICS systems, with Aliva UK’s AlivaBrick clay slip system in grey and grey white featured alongside our customised, cuboid, 3D effect ceramic slips.

RAL-matched in three shades of grey, the AlivaCeramic system has realised a distinct design on the project that stems from the concept of mathematical tessellation, where geometric shapes repeat seamlessly across a surface.

Aliva UK’s AlivaBrick and AlivaCeramic systems are Building Safety Act HRB and Gateway 2 compliant, can be installed with no height or boundary restriction and have a design life in excess of 30 years.

Aliva UK is proud to have worked on this project with Day Architectural Ltd, main contractor RG Group and installer Stoneguard, working in partnership to deliver a statement brick and ceramic slip ETICS combination for this stunning Mancunian project.
