Liquid floor screed for new Community Centre in Wembley

Liquid floor screed for new Community Centre in Wembley

Easyflow supplied, pumped and installed 50m3 of anhydrite liquid floor screed for the new community centre as part of the Sikh Temple on Ealing Road in Wembley.

Easyflow were concerned about the high depths, having conducted a laser level survey of the site. They therefore recommended a 25mm extruded polystyrene (EPS) insulation to bring the screed depths down and reduce drying times as well as cost.

The Easyflow team carried out all preparation of the ground and first floors including the installation of a 1200 gauge damp proof membrane and 8mm perimeter edging foam needed for expansion.
