Hamilton Litestat gives hotel guests more control over housekeeping services with their new Maid-Call solution.

The Maid-Call system features a coloured touchscreen inside the room which allows guests to indicate whether they would like their room cleaned or if they do not wish to be disturbed.

The touchscreen displays the appropriate request to housekeeping on a second touchscreen outside the room.

Hamilton offers the Maid-Call solution in a design-to-suit any setting and they offer unique design solutions to suit specific customer requirements.

This standalone system is the latest in Hamilton’s offering of smart controls, which includes its Smart Lighting Control and Smart Multi-Room Audio System. Everything can be commanded from the same touchscreen panel, with it also possible to incorporate blind operation and air conditioning controls too.

Hamilton’s Maid-Call system has been installed at Danesfield House Hotel and Spa in Buckinghamshire, who specified the solution last year as part of a refurbishment programme.
