Marley Plumbing and Drainage have supplied several their products along with technical support for The Baltimore Wharf project in London.

The Baltimore Wharf project was contracted by RPM Services Limited and saw the installation of Marley 160mm and 110mm PVC Soil, PVC-U and Polypropylene Waste pipes.

Marley’s technical advisors were involved on site to advise on flow rates, installation detail, schematics and material take-offs.

Their innovative push-fit and solvent weld system solution has enabled a speedy installation on site, whilst the system was more cost efficient than those that were originally specified; a significant benefit to the contractors.

Tony Iuliano, Sub-Contractor of the project at RPM Services Limited said: “Marley undertook a value engineering exercise to specify UPVC, which suits us as is it a brilliant product to work with due to how easy it is to install.”

“We have used Marley products previously; the products are easy to use and have a good range of fittings. Marley has been integral on this project as they have undertaken regular site visits and inspections of installation its technical abilities stand them apart from other suppliers. Overall it’s been a brilliant project to work on.”
